By having our own dairy facility and producing our own milk we are actively promoting proper land management, as well as offering locals and visitors a healthy, sustainable product to enjoy!

We hope to encourage young people to consider agriculture as a career and we believe the whole project to be a cog in the much-needed regeneration of Sark’s economy.
